Get the Most Out of Alli

What does the Alli pill do? It will block some of the fat you eat, about 25%. If you are eating extremely low-fat foods, you are wasting your money on alli because it will do nothing for you.
No. 1 Alli is not going to keep you from being hungry. There’s plenty of stuff at the pharmacy and on store shelves for that. But if you are eating the typical high fat American diet, alli is designed to do plenty.

I have recently switched to Alli from Xenical because it has the exact same active ingredient (Orlistat) at half the dose, and is significantly cheaper.

All diet drugs fall into a couple of categories:
Appetite suppressants, which are suppose to curb or block your hunger pangs. Alli is not designed to help that.

Metabolism enhancers, that claim to speed up your body’s metabolism and burn more calories, even when at rest. Alli won’t help with that, either.

Both types of diet drugs are drugs by definition. They are absorbed into the blood stream and alter a chemical reaction in the brain or stimulate an organ in some way.

Alli is not a drug and never leaves your gastro-intestinal tract. Pie-hole to Hershey highway, alli stays on that path. The so called “treatment effects” the same as effects from foods that don’t agree with you. The “treatment” effects are real and maybe they seem harsh, but it’s nothing compared with the potential side effects of some drugs.

The point is that Alli stands alone as a non drug alternative to other weight loss pills. If you are sensitive to half the side effects listed on every weight loss drug on the shelf, then this won’t hurt you.

Alli will block fat in a high-fat diet to some degree. Alli’s whole design is to bind with fat eaten and pass it on through with being stored. You will be eating less fat with no alterations to your diet. Is there a scenario you can imagine where reducing the fat in your diet isn’t a good thing? Basically, if you’ve ever survived eating a bowl of my chili, you should be fine.

To wrap it up:
Alli supplement won’t help you with your appetite.
Alli fat blocker won’t affect your metabolism.
Alli diet system will block 25% of fat from your diet.
Orlistat side effects will possibly have you going to the bathroom more often.
Alli results will take time, but alli does work
Alli cost will lighten your wallet, but you can get some good deals for alli pills on Ebay.
